Saw this on my commute home yesterday (Damn you, rain and Daylight Saving Time for making 4:30 look like 8:00!)
I just found it interesting because it doubled the total amount of Teslas I’ve ever seen, all at once...and Tesla has no showrooms within 100 miles of me, so they must have been some sort of remote customer deliveries. Or maybe recall pickups for the loose seatbelt bolt :D

They are all new cars.

You know what I want to see from Musk? Electric semis to haul the Teslas. It’d be a pretty impressive feat, but I”m sure his think tank can make it happen.

The semi could have a huge battery pack AND draw from the cars being carried, as needed. The same technology could also one day serve as a mobile Supercharger that maybe visits different locations each day and could be as predictable as mail delivery or trash pickup.
Now where’s my billion dollars?

Actually, that’s not a bad idea. Assuming the cars come from the factory with a charge. There would be some calculations for the range when unladen, since the truck may not always have the cars.
And how cool would it be to leave your Tesla out front for the Supercharger guy to come by in the night to charge it really fast?
Quick, get a patent and then sell it to Elon. You could be the next Christian von Koenigsegg.

I’ve seen that many Teslas in one day, and within like 15 miles of me, but this is unprecedented... we don’t even have a supercharger or a dealer!
